Further to the UIM statement of December 10, 2010 a Licensing Agreement has been signed with International Sea Racing Ltd regarding the future of the UIM Endurance World and Continental Championships. On January 15, 2011 UIM President Dr. Raffaele Chiulli and the Chairman of International Sea Racing Ltd Mr Pio M. Valletta signed the agreement in Malta in the presence of the Maltese Authorities, headed by the Minister of Sport, the Honourable Clyde Puli.
